Prepayment: We kindly ask you to deposit your prepayment to confirm your stay.                                  1-3 days: the price of 1 night                                          3 + days: 1/3 of the total amount.                                 In case we don't receive your prepayment within the week, your reservation will be undone.

Annulation: In case of annulation of your stay there will be no charges if you cancel at max. 20 days before your planned arrival. If not, the prepayment will be kept unless the room is rent again. We will keep in touch.
