If you don't receive a message from us within 2 days than something went wrong and it would be better to contact us via the telephone.
 
We kindly ask you to deposit a payment in advance for the affirmation of your stay:
less than 3 nights: value of one night
more than 3 nights: 1/3 of the total amount
In case we didn't receive a prepayment within a week, the reservation will be cancelled.

In case of annulation of your stay there will be no charges if you cancel at max. 20 days before your planned arrival. If not, the prepayment will be kept unless the room is rent again.
